Customer Service Representative| Brisbane

We have a current vacancy for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join the team, based in Brisbane.

The Role: 

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a rapidly growing Customer Service Team, who are at the forefront of our company ensuring that every customer interaction reflects our commitment to excellence, leading a dynamic team that serves as the face of our brands. Your role is pivotal to providing premium customer experiences for our customers through building strong relationships, solving problems, and selling both fresh produce and gourmet foods.   If you’re a positive team player and enjoy working as part of a great team and want to actively participate in our customer-centric culture, demonstrating commitment to “Our Reason for Being” and Values, and be an active contributor in delivery of Green Endeavour’s Just Cause and Mission, then this role is for you!

This office-based role is in Rocklea, operating 5 days per week (Monday through Friday).

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Receiving sales calls in our inbound call center
  • Building and mainlining outbound call schedules to i) ensure base line sale retention and ii) upsell additional product/ranges/categories
  • Entering customer orders into our database, Fresh
  • Promoting “Other Everyday Grocery Lines” ranges and “Produce” Specials to existing customers
  • Various administration tasks
  • Processing of returns/credit requests and issue logs resolutions
  • In compliance with all WH&S and QA policies, adhering to safe work practices and escalating/reporting any issues as required.
  • Completion of with all relevant compliance requirements within given timeframes including: completion of all allocated SafetyCulture training sessions and inspection checklists; all Employment Hero related compliance requirements including document signing and policy acknowledgements, and completion of all IT / Cyber-related training modules (if applicable).
  • Actively engage and participate in meetings as required including team meetings and 1x1s
  • Perform and support other duties aligned with the Customer Service Team and wider business as required.

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar field
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently
  • A passion for Fresh Produce and “Other Everyday Grocery Lines” ranges – Fruit & Veg industry and product knowledge is advantageous
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Must be computer literate.
