Green Endeavour has proudly achieved an ‘Excellent’ rating in our Safe Quality Food (SQF) certification, the leading global authority on food safety and quality certification and training. This prestigious rating was awarded following a comprehensive audit in July 2024.
What is SQF?
SQF, recognised as the gold standard in food safety, provides a rigorous and credible certification program that includes thirteen specific codes designed to meet industry, customer, and regulatory requirements across the entire food supply chain. The SQF program adopts a ‘Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point’ (HACCP) based approach to ensure that products meet stringent food safety requirements.
The Audit Process
The SQF initial audit at Green Endeavour was an extensive process, spanning sixteen hours, over two days. The audit covered every aspect of our operations, from food handling and preparation to employee training and facility conditions. Achieving an ‘Excellent’ rating signifies our practices not only meet, but exceed industry standards, reflecting our unwavering commitment to food safety and quality.
