In early 2022, Green Endeavour lodged an application for the ANZ Business Growth Program, which saw 400 companies vying for a spot. Following a rigorous selection process, 100 companies made the shortlist, and ultimately, only 10 were chosen to partake in the intensive 9-month program. Fortunately, Green Endeavour was among the select few.
The program, meticulously curated by esteemed business development expert Dr. Jana Matthews, proved to be a transformative experience for the organisation. During their journey, Green Endeavour was honored with the titles of ‘Best Strategic Move’ and ‘Most Progress’ within the program—a remarkable achievement that filled them with immense pride. As they concluded the program, they left with a profound sense of empowerment, owing much of their success to Dr. Jana Matthews for generously sharing her wealth of knowledge.
Dr. Jana Matthews, the visionary behind the ANZ Business Growth program, and delivered through the Australian Centre for Business Growth (AUCBG), designed it with the primary goal of equipping a select group of CEOs and their Executive Teams with the tools and insights needed to facilitate the growth of their respective companies.
This encompassed understanding what actions to take, when to take them, why they were essential, and in what sequence. Green Endeavour’s team demonstrated remarkable agility in absorbing the program’s teachings.
